Eye Level Books is designed to help parents choose the best literature for their home library.  Stories capture the imagination and hold a unique sway over the mind and heart.  The best stories are interesting, well crafted, and support a Biblical view of the world.  By surrounding our children with superior books to enjoy, we can influence their perceptions about the world and their purpose in it.

I’m a mom of two small children, and have been working on our family’s library since 2007.  My criteria and approach are still developing as I work to stay ahead of my children’s reading level.  Kids grow fast and the time is short, so I energetically invite other parents and book lovers to share your knowledge.  I hope my research and perspective will provide a launching point, helpful resources, and a forum for discussion as you build your children’s library.
